Salvador to Morro  – Semi-terrestrial Transfer

 

  1. Departing by car (van or minibus) from the airport to the maritime terminal, taking an average of 1 hour, arriving at the Salvador maritime terminal in front of Mercado Modelo.
     

  2. You can also choose to hire a semi-terrestrial transfer leaving the maritime terminal or your hotel in Salvador, ideal for those who live or are already in Salvador.
     

  3. Upon arrival at the Salvador maritime terminal, there will be a 40-minute crossing by collective boat (public transport) to the Mar Grande maritime terminal on Itaparica Island.  (This route uses public transport, there may be queues for boarding, interfering with travel time).

  4. Arriving at the Mar Grande maritime terminal, another car (van or minibus) will be waiting to go to the Bom Jardim dock (city of Valença) taking an average of 1 hour and 50 minutes, a 130 km journey.
     

  5.   Arriving at the Bom Jardim berth (city of Valença) there will be a fast boat crossing with an estimated duration of 25 minutes to the maritime terminal of  Morro de São Paulo .

  1. Leaving the Morro de São Paulo maritime terminal, heading to the Bom Jardim berth (city of Valença), the crossing is by speedboat with an estimated duration of 25 minutes.

  3. Arriving at the Mar Grande maritime terminal, another crossing will be made with an estimated duration of 40 minutes in a collective boat (public transport) to the Salvador maritime terminal.  (This route uses public transport, there may be queues for boarding, interfering with travel time).

  • Cancellations and changes:  Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. In case of refund, a fee of 25% of the value of the service will be charged. Changes will only be made upon availability and payment of a fee of R$20.00 per transfer. There will be no refunds for requests made after the deadline.

  • Bad weather or mechanical problems:  The service may be canceled in case of bad weather or mechanical problems with one of the transports. In these cases, the total value of the tickets will be refunded.

  • If there is a flight in Salvador:  If you have a flight departing from Salvador, remember that the airport is far away! Leave Morro de São Paulo at least 4 hours before the flight, or 6 hours if the sea is very rough.

  • Kids:  Children up to 5 years old are free. From 6 years old pay normal value.

  • Loss of voucher:  We are not responsible for loss, theft and/or loss of the voucher.

  • Animals:  The transport of animals is prohibited.
